Steve Pickarts is a 1991 graduate of the University of North Texas where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He began his career with RPMco on a part-time basis and became a full-time employee in our Houston Office in 1992. Steve’s territory covers Houston & the surrounding areas, as well as, El Paso. He is a second generation sales representative and current Partner of Rud & Pickarts Marketing Co. Steve is married and has one son.
