Amanda began her journey in the hospitality industry at the age of 15, working at IHOP. It quickly became more than just a job. It sparked a lifelong passion for food, beverage, and exceptional guest service. Over the past 25 years, Amanda has built a diverse and rewarding career, from restaurant management to nearly a decade serving as a civilian in the military, managing catering events and working with Fortune 500 companies.

Each chapter of her career has strengthened her love for hospitality and her commitment to excellence. She transitioned to RPMco in 2024 and we're thrilled to have her experience, ambition and professionalism as part of our team.
